Sterling National Bank provided senior secured credit facilities totaling $17,000,000 to Cellucap Manufacturing Co.

Established in 1954, and headquartered in Philadelphia, Cellucap manufactures a full range of disposable protective headwear and apparel for the safety, industrial, food processing, healthcare and food service industries. The company also manufactures and distributes filtration, professional cleaning and foodservice industry products through distributors internationally. The funding will be used by the company to pay existing debt and provide additional working capital.

The transaction was originated by Ken Frank, a Senior Vice President located in Sterling’s Philadelphia office.
