Comvest Credit Partners acted as Administrative Agent and Lender for a $125.0 million senior secured credit facility to Acima Credit, LLC. Acima provides creative alternatives to retail customers that cannot secure traditional financing through a proprietary point-of-sale technology platform. The Financing was used to retire existing debt and support growth initiatives.
