Chiron Financial Expands Global Platform with Launch of Paris Office

Chiron Financial LLC, a middle market investment banking firm, announced the opening of its new  European headquarters inParis marking its first formal presence in continental Europe. The new office will enhance theFirm’s ability to identify and execute on opportunities for clients in an increasingly connected global market.

The office will be led by Vice President Alban Meteyer.

The Paris office will provide France-based business enterprises with access to the Firm’s deep product and industry sector expertise, senior level investment banking team and network of international investors, sellers and capital providers. Clients outside of France will benefit from the Firm’s global platform and provide them with additional opportunities in France and throughout Europe. A particular specialty is Chiron’s M&A buy-side advisory work for U.S. companies striving to expand overseas. In addition, Chiron arranges private placements of debt and equity capital as well as mergers, acquisitions and sales. They raise start-up capital and growth capital, and assist with refinancing, financial restructuring, and other special situations.

“With little interaction between Europe and the United States in the middle and lower middle market, we felt there was a gap we could uniquely fill,” said Managing Director Jay Krasoff. “Ourcross-border experience, global network and multinational staff means we are well-positioned to offer exceptional perspectives to companies seeking investment banking and financial advisory services, as well as to investors seeking opportunity through our platform.”

The Paris office will serve middle market businesses in western continental Europe including France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Belgium.
Industry sectors include green energy as well as oil and gas, shipping, agriculture, consumer
products and manufacturing.
