Monroe Capital LLC announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of StormTrap, LLC by private equity sponsor, Warren Equity Partners.
Founded in 2002 and based in Romeoville, Illinois, StormTrap provides stormwater solutions to the municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential markets. The company designs, engineers, and licenses precast concrete systems that store stormwater runoff in underground chambers before releasing it at controlled rate or harvesting it for reuse.
