Crawford to Lead Freed Maxick’s Transaction Advisory Services Unit

Freed Maxick CPAs, P.C. announced that John D. Crawford, CPA has joined the firm as principal to build and manage a new practice unit out of the New York tri-state area.  Crawford will be responsible for developing the newly established Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice across the United States, building key relationships and providing niche service offerings to middle-market private equity groups, venture capitalists, and the investment and commercial banking sectors. Crawford has an extensive background in the financial services industry, both as a lender and as a service provider.

The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice is backed by Freed Maxick's specialized team of dedicated financial professionals who offer an extensive array of financial support services, including quality of earnings reviews, cash flow studies, value-added merger and acquisition financial due diligence and advisory services, business valuations, internal control and corporate governance reviews and financial and operational restructuring services.
