GE Capital Agents $160MM Credit Facility for Huttig Building Products

GE Capital, Corporate Finance announced it is serving as administrative agent on a $160 million revolving credit facility for Huttig Building Product Inc. The new facility refinances existing debt and provides an additional $40 million in financing to support future growth. GE Capital Markets served as co-lead arranger.

Huttig, headquartered in St. Louis, MO, is one of the nation's largest wholesale distributors of millwork, building materials and wood products used principally in new residential construction and in home improvement, remodeling and repair work.
