LBC Credit Partners Finances Phase One Acquisition by RLJ Equity Parters

LBC Credit Partners, a leading provider of financing solutions to middle-market companies, provided senior secured credit facilities to support the acquisition of Phase One Consulting Group by RLJ Equity Partners. LBC Credit Partners served as agent and sole lender for the senior secured credit facilities.
