44 Business Capital LLC has closed over $200MM in SBA loans since its inception in August of 2009. In 2014, 44 Business Capital closed 36 SBA loans for over $50 million to small businesses in the region and helped Parke Bank finish as one of the top SBA lenders in the Philadelphia District by loan volume during the SBA’s fiscal year. 44 Business Capital, headquartered in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania is the exclusive Lender Service Provider to Parke Bank which participates in the U.S. Small Business Administration's 7a loan program giving small businesses greater access to capital. Recent loans range from $500,000 to $5,000,000 providing financing for debt restructuring, real estate and business acquisitions.

Greg Poehlmann, 44 Business Capital President, said, “We are very proud of this milestone and continue to work with our bank partner, Parke Bank, to build our SBA franchise. We will continue to expand prudently into contiguous markets to grow the reach of our SBA assistance and expertise.” Poehlmann added, "My partners and I are excited to receive the 2014 Champion of Veterans Small Business Lending Award last week in San Antonio during NAGGL (National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders) mid- year conference. 44 Business Capital will continue to drive home SBA's mission of giving access to capital to underserved markets like Veterans and minorities."

According to Poehlmann, 44 recently extended a $550,000 SBA loan to Sean Danowski, President and owner of Vetro Molding and Design of Stowe, PA for the acquisition of an existing business. Sean is a Wharton Graduate and Veteran of 40 combat missions in Afghanistan with the US Navy. "During my search for funding to acquire an existing business, I dealt with a number of banks that claimed to go 'above and beyond' in their support for Veterans, but all of them refused to look past my lack of industry experience. However, Phil Martin and the team at 44 Business Capital truly valued the military experience and education that I did bring to the table, and their support is a major reason why I am a business owner today," Danowski said.

44 Business Capital provides SBA Loan Assistance to Small Businesses in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Baltimore MD, Northern VA, and Washington DC.
