Capital One Appoints O’Rourke as SVP to New York Commercial Lending Team

Capital One Bank announced the appointment of Britt O’Rourke to the Commercial Banking team in the Greater New York region. O’Rourke joins Capital One as a Senior Vice President and will focus on providing commercial banking services and solutions to the Bank’s clients in the New York Metropolitan markets. He will report to Joseph Nastri, Market Executive Metro New York.

"Britt has invaluable experience in commercial banking and a deep knowledge of the New York region; he’ll be a valuable asset on our Middle Market team,” Nastri said. “Identifying top middle market banking talent is at the core of our strategy and we are thrilled to welcome Britt.”

O’Rourke brings more than 18 years of banking experience to Capital One.  He previously worked as a Senior Vice President and Senior Middle Market Banker at JPMorgan Chase with a specialization in the apparel industry. Before JPMorgan Chase, O’Rourke served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Bank of America. He holds a B.A. in Finance from Villanova University and currently resides in Plainfield, NJ. O’Rourke is also involved with several organizations that provide services and benefits to veterans and their families.
