Monroe Capital Hires Nii as Southern California Group Head

Monroe Capital announced Bradley Nii has joined the firm as managing director in its Los Angeles office. He will serve as the firm’s Group Head for the Southern California region. Warren Woo, also located in Los Angeles, will continue in his current role as a partner of Monroe Capital Partners Fund LP, an SBIC fund formed in 2011.

“We are very excited to add Brad to the Monroe Capital team,” said Ted Koenig, President & CEO of Monroe Capital. “Brad has an accomplished career providing financing solutions to middle-market companies and brings with him over 25 years of experience in corporate lending, investment banking and accounting. He will lead our Southern California origination efforts of cash flow and enterprise value based loans to private equity and non-sponsored transactions.”

Prior to Monroe, Nii was a managing director at investment bank, B. Riley & Co., where he was responsible for capital raising and financial advisory services to middle market companies in a variety of industries. Prior to B. Riley & Co., Nii was the Head of West Coast Sponsor Finance at American Capital Ltd. Prior to American Capital, he was a Senior Coverage Officer in the Global Financial Sponsors Group at Lehman Brothers. Nii earned his B.A. in Accounting from the University of Southern California. Nii is a member of Association for Corporate Growth and Commercial Finance Association.
