Tomita Joins US Capital Partners’ Investment Team

US Capital Partners Inc. announced the recent addition of Sarah Tomita as Vice President of Business Development at the firm's headquarters in San Francisco. US Capital Partners is a private investment bank that makes direct debt investments, participates in debt facilities, and arranges equity placements for small to lower middle-market companies.

Prior to joining US Capital Partners, Tomita was a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York, where she developed and managed client relationships in the Consumer/Retail and Natural Resources Investment Banking groups. In addition, she led key M&A and financing transactions, including lululemon athletica's $377 million IPO, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group's $10 billion demerger from Cadbury Schweppes, Univar's minority stake sale and acquisition of Basic Chemical Solutions, and Terra-Gen Power's $360 million debt refinancing.
