PNC Bank, N.A. announced the addition of John Lundberg, senior vice president with the senior secured financing team in the Southwest Region.  Based in Denver, Colorado, Lundberg will be responsible for amplifying PNC relationships with private equity firms and originating hybrid asset-based/cash flow lending structures for middle market companies.

Lundberg comes to PNC with more than 20 years of financial and operating experience.  Most recently, Lundberg spent eight years in the structured finance group at Fifth Third Bank.  Lundberg earned a bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Colorado, and a master’s in business administration at University of Denver Daniels College of Business.
