Crestmark Closes Ten Recent Transactions

Crestmark secured a total of $6.51 million in financial solutions for ten new clients in the first half of November. The transactions include:

  • On Nov. 4, a $500,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided to a start-up freight broker in Canada.  The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • A $250,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided on Nov. 5 to a security agency in Florida. The financing will be used for working capital purposes. 
  • A $500,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided on Nov. 5 to a start-up short haul trucking company in Tennessee. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • A $200,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided on Nov. 5 to a trucking company in Tennessee. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • On Nov. 5, a $250,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided to a transportation company in California. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • On Nov. 6, a $1.5 million accounts receivable purchase facility was provided to an equipment rental and transportation company in Texas. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • A $1 million term loan facility was provided on Nov. 9 to a polyethylene foam extrusion company in Michigan.  The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • On Nov. 10, a $500,000 traditional factoring facility was provided to a fashion accessory wholesaler in New Jersey.  The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
  • A $1.51 million SBA 7(a) term loan facility was provided on Nov. 10 to an independent insurance company in Minnesota. The financing will be used for acquisition purposes.
  • On Nov. 13, a $300,000 traditional factoring facility was provided to a men’s apparel manufacturer in Colorado. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
