US Capital Partners Inc. has advised on a $3.25 million line of credit for Capriati Construction Corp., headquartered in Henderson, NV. US Capital Partners is a private investment bank that makes direct debt investments, participates in debt facilities, and arranges equity placements for small-  to lower middle-market companies.

“We are delighted to have advised on the financing of this primary general contractor specializing in heavy civil contracting,” said Jeffrey Sweeney, CEO and Managing Director at US Capital Partners. "Capriati Construction was seeking working capital and growth capital to expand its private project pipeline. With the residential real estate market continuing to improve, the firm needed additional capital to take advantage of new commercial opportunities in the sector. US Capital Partners was able to leverage the firm's accounts receivable assets and help the business secure well-structured financing to support its growth needs.”

Capriati Construction is currently licensed to do business in the states of Nevada, California, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Arizona, South Dakota, Texas, and Colorado. It is in the process of expanding its services to other Midwestern and Western states.

Since 1998, US Capital Partners has been providing prompt, innovative, and reliable financing solutions including lending, equity financing, and debt re-structuring to businesses across the United States and abroad. US Capital Partners is a private investment bank, direct lender, co-lender, and lead financial arranger that specializes in asset-based debt for small- to middle-market private and public companies.
