Expert Valuations LLC, a national appraisal and valuation company, announced Ken Bloore as its Chief Executive Officer. Bloore will oversee all aspects of the firm, including sales, marketing and operations from the company’s Los Angeles headquarters.

Bloore was previously the Chief Operating Officer at Great American Group, where he built the appraisal firm into an industry leader during his 16-year tenure.  He was responsible for building up the firm’s strong expertise across a multitude of industries, while overseeing thousands of appraisals.  During his time in the industry, Bloore has developed many of the processes and techniques used by leading appraisal firms.
