Winston & Strawn announced that five partners have been elevated to leadership positions. Four partners have been promoted to serve as co-chairs of the Leveraged Finance and Asset-Based Lending practices, and one partner as chair of the Sponsor Finance practice. The promoted partners are:

- Sanjay Thapar - Co-Chair, Leveraged Finance
- Jason Bennett - Co-Chair, Asset-Based Lending
- Jordan Klein - Co-Chair, Asset-Based Lending
- Kyle Foley - Chair, Sponsor Finance
