nCino, the leader in secure, cloud-based operating solutions to the financial services industry, announced that $605 million TAB Bank has selected its Bank Operating System to achieve straight-through processing for document workflows and a more holistic view of customer relationships across the bank.

Salt Lake City-based TAB Bank provides working capital solutions to commercial businesses from many industries. These solutions come in the form of accounts receivable financing, lines of credit, equipment finance, asset-based loans, business accounts and treasury management services. The bank had a customer relationship management (CRM) strategy in place, yet lost the customer view it needed once a loan went to underwriting. nCino’s Bank Operating System integrates with TAB Bank’s four distinct systems of record across its different product lines, providing uninterrupted workflow processing while extending the 360-degree customer management view it has on the frontend.

Curt Queyrouze, chief credit officer at TAB Bank, said, “In my 30-year industry experience, I have never seen a solution that streamlines loan production and management like the nCino Bank Operating System. We strive to optimize returns and manage risk through innovative products, so that we remain among the top performers in our peer group—and nCino helps us achieve that goal. I expect the system will significantly improve our loan closing turn time and reduce the time in half from booking a loan through to closing.”

TAB Bank is a long-time user of the Salesforce.com CRM platform; nCino expands the CRM system by adding workflow management and data manipulation capabilities from loan origination through funding – all in a single platform. TAB Bank also gains critical backend reporting and dashboard views. The Bank Operating System’s ability to centralize and store loan documents will be critical to the bank’s document generation efficiency, which will be further enhanced with the use of eSignatures to complete all forms.

nCino’s Bank Operating System combines essential loan origination functions with CRM, business process workflows and reporting dashboards in a single place to automate and simplify the entire lending process. Its unique model also opens up each loan to all stakeholders, creating an awareness and accountability unrivaled in the market today.
