WNB Specialty Finance Hires Goletz as SVP, BDO

WNB Specialty Finance announced the addition of Michael Goletz as Senior Vice President, Business Development Officer. Goletz will assist in expanding WNB’s North American presence by originating senior secured debt facilities for companies in the Midwest, including Illinois, Indiana,  Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Southwest Ohio and Western Michigan. He will have offices in Chicago, IL and Indianapolis, IN.

Most recently, Goletz worked at GE Capital Corporate Finance where he was responsible for sourcing asset-based and cash flow loans for middle-market borrowers in the Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan. Prior to that, he worked as a Relationship Manager with PNC Bank in the middle-market in Indiana, and as Sales Assistant for Lehman Brothers in New York and Chicago.

WNB Specialty Finance, headquartered in Southeast Michigan with a national platform, is the asset-based lending and equipment finance division of Texas-based Woodforest National Bank. WNB Specialty Finance is focused on direct ABL solutions to middle-market companies and strategic partnerships with other financial institutions on larger ABL and leveraged cash flow deals. The firm provides flexible financing solutions to sponsor-owned and corporate borrowers at competitive rates and terms across a wide range of industries, including automotive, consumer products, retail, distribution, manufacturing, and business services. Use of proceeds can be used to fund leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinances, restructurings, growth, and support working capital.
