LCG Advisors Promotes Drajem to Vice President, Team Manager

LCG Advisors, a leading Tampa-based transaction advisory firm, has announced that Brian Drajem has been promoted to Vice President and Team Manager of its Healthcare Advisory Group. Drajem has over 15 years of healthcare due diligence and advisory services experience, completing several hundred engagements in his career.  His experience includes due diligence services in conjunction with mergers and acquisitions, cash flow loans, and asset based loans, covering many segments of the industry including hospitals, home care, skilled nursing and behavioral health. 

Prior to joining LCG, Drajem was Assistant Vice President – Financial Risk Analysis of GE Healthcare Financial Services, the $5 billion international healthcare lending arm of General Electric.  While at GE, he was recognized as a top performer and strong contributor for each of his last five years.  Previously he was a Senior Accountant with Toski & Co., now EFP Rotenberg, a top regional accounting firm, where he performed financial audits and other financial analysis.  Previously he was Director of Accounting for the American Red Cross, Western New York Chapter where he prepared financial statements and led financial reporting.
