Chester P. Lustgarten is an attorney and technology consultant who works and resides in New York City. He has represented asset-based lenders both as a staff attorney and outside counsel. He has also assisted asset-based lenders in implementing systems to create and manage complex and/or high volume legal documentation, using software for database management and document automation.
