Marquette Business Credit announced it recently funded an $11,684,000 credit facility to Prime Window Systems, LLC.  Prime Window Systems is a window and door manufacturer based out of Denver, CO.

Tim Morris, Partner at Morris Capital Management was quoted as saying, “Marquette has been a responsive, straightforward and helpful partner for Prime Window Systems all the way from the initial proposal stage up to and including the eventual closing. The secured facility consists of a $10.0 million revolving line of credit plus an additional $1.33 million equipment term loan and a $350 thousand cash flow loan.  This new facility offered by Marquette will support the acquisition of the company by Morris Capital Group and provide additional capital to meet their growth expectations.
