Monaco to Lead Strategic Marketing Initiative for Gavin/Solmonese, Equity Partners

Restructuring and turnaround management consulting firm Gavin/Solmonese and boutique investment banking firm Equity Partners HG are pleased to announce that bankruptcy and mediation expert Frank A. Monaco, Esq., will lead a joint strategic marketing initiative to promote the complimentary services of both firms. 
The two firms have worked alongside each other on cases over the last two years, and will benefit from a combined marketing effort led by an industry veteran.
Monaco serves as Managing Director, Mediation & ADR Services for Gavin/Solmonese, where he engages with debtors, creditors’ committees, and other interest holders in all manner of litigation and transactions.  He has been a Chapter 11 trustee, liquidation trustee and discovery master, and has served as a mediator for more than12 years.
Equity Partners HG, a Heritage Global, Inc. Company and premier boutique investment bank, provides Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets solutions such as debt and equity raises, enterprise sales, and joint ventures, for small to mid-sized companies in transition.
