FocalPoint Partners Continues to Expand Team; Names Attaie Director, LA Office

FocalPoint Partners, LLC, a middle-market investment bank, announced the addition of Shahriar Attaie, Director, to its Los Angeles office. Attaie becomes the latest addition to FocalPoint's growing team, representing the firm's 13th hire in the last twelve months. Attaie will augment the firm's existing Consumer efforts by expanding the firm's coverage of the fast-growing Personal Care and Beauty sectors.

Attaie has executed a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, and capital raises. With more than 17 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience, Attaie has held positions at Houlihan Lokey's Financial Restructuring Group, Libra Securities, Live Nation and most recently, Intrepid Investment Bankers. Attaie graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Attaie has worked on a variety of transactions during his career, including numerous deals within the hair care, salon services/retail, personal care, and contract manufacturing sub-sectors of personal care and beauty.
