Pacific Western Bank Expands Denver Commercial Real Estate and Banking Teams

Pacific Western Bank announced the addition of two senior leaders to their growing team in Denver, Colorado. Each will report to Colorado Market President, Jon Lorenz, who joined PWB in 2019 to lead the Denver expansion for the Bank. The Bank is pleased to be adding these two veterans, both with proven track records of success in its growing footprint.

Chris Erickson has joined as EVP, Regional Manager-Commercial Real Estate. He is a proven leader with over 20 years’ experience in all facets of real estate lending. Over the course of his career Chris has actively advised on financing strategies through varying real estate cycles. Whether development, stabilization or repositioning, Chris stands ready to structure commercial real estate loans to help clients meet their financial objectives.

Russ Schmucker - SVP, Regional Manager-Commercial Banking. Russ also brings with him years of experience and market knowledge that will allow Pacific Western Bank to pursue its objective of becoming the partner of choice for business owners, developers and entrepreneurs in Colorado.

In addition to Chris and Russ, Pacific Western recently added two Senior Relationship Managers to its Denver commercial banking team. The Bank has also added to its Colorado treasury management and loan administration teams.
