Atlantic Risk Strengthens European Footprint

Atlantic RMS, a provider of Diligence, Workout and Collection Services to the ABL, ABS and Receivables Finance Industry, has extended its reach and presence in Germany.

Atlantic Risk Sela GmbH, a JV together with Sela group, is based in Munich and led by Peter Klaus. Peter is an internationally recognized lending expert. He is a lawyer specialized in insolvency and commercial law and worked for more than 20 years as a manager for international groups like Credit Lyonnais, Euler Hermes / Allianz and Crédit Agricole in Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. He regularly speaks at conferences and teaches at the private University “Quadriga”, Berlin on receivable financing and is a commercial judge.
