Arnold & Porter welcomed partner Carol Anne Huff to its Corporate & Finance practice in the firm’s Chicago office.

Huff has over 20 years of experience in capital markets and M&A transactions. She routinely advises private equity firms and public companies in the context of complex capital markets, M&A, and restructuring transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, high-yield debt offerings, spin-offs, tender offers, exchange offers and reverse mergers. She also has experience in transactions involving special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs).

Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Huff was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis.
