Bank of America Business Capital Arranges Credit Facility for Vi-Jon Inc.

Bank of America Business Capital has completed a senior secured credit facility for Vi-Jon, Inc. to refinance the company’s existing debt, finance capital expenditure investment and provide ongoing working capital. The financing includes a revolving credit facility, a term loan and a capital expenditure facility to fund certain growth initiatives.

Vi-Jon is a leading manufacturer, developer and distributor of private label personal care products in the United States. The company makes such products as body washes, lotions, mouthwashes, shampoos and soaps. While it is primarily a private-label manufacturer for national retail brands, Vi-Jon also develops and distributes its own brands, including Germ-X hand sanitizer. The company's products are supplied to major U.S. retailers.  Vi-Jon is a Berkshire Partners portfolio company.

Bank of America Business Capital is one of the world’s largest asset-based lenders, with more than 10 primary offices serving the United States, Canada and Europe. It provides corporate borrowers with senior secured loans of $10 million or more, cash management, interest rate and foreign exchange risk management, and a broad array of capital markets products.
