He also served as the global chief financial/operating/restructuring officer for an international distributor, manufacturer, and retailer of consumer products with annual revenue exceeding $400 million.

“Our Restructuring and Dispute Resolution practice is at the forefront of guiding businesses through change, especially in the wake of the pandemic,” notes Cynthia Romano, Global Director of CohnReznick’s Restructuring and Dispute Resolution Practice. “As our practice continues to expand, Joseph’s substantial background in key areas such as revenue/profitability enhancement, mergers and acquisitions, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings, international consolidations, and fast-growing subsidiaries will be an enormous asset to our clients.”

Soccodato earned a BS in Accounting, cum laude, from Long Island University. He has working proficiency in Italian.
