HYPERAMS to Merge with Blackbird Asset Services

HYPERAMS announced that Buffalo, NY based Blackbird Asset Services will be merging its operation with HYPERAMS effective immediately. Blackbird Managing Director David Fiegel will assume the role of Managing Director of Auction Services and manage all facets of HYPERAMS auction operations.

David joins the team with extensive experience in the auction/liquidation industry as an auctioneer, appraiser, and asset consultant, specializing in industrial machinery, equipment and plant infrastructure. Since its inception, David has grown Blackbird into a respected industry stalwart, and the combination of these two operations will make for a dynamic auction team. In addition to new business development, David will manage the day-to-day activities of the Industrial Disposition division, including due diligence valuation, set up, marketing and both live and online auction functions.   More significantly, David will add real estate auction services to the HYPERAMS platform, allowing a new level of turn-key services for our clients. David holds real estate broker and auctioneer licenses in multiple states, is a certified appraiser as designated by the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA), and is a member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). David serves on the board of directors of the Industrial Auctioneers Association (IAA) as well as the Upstate NY chapter of the TMA. Blackbird is a member of the Machinery Dealers National Association (MDNA).
