EisnerAmper named Naomi Barrett as its Director of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (“DE&I”).
Barrett will work closely with leadership and colleagues to enhance and execute the firm-wide DE&I strategy. She will partner with service line and operations leaders to integrate and align the firm’s DE&I commitment to overall business plans and operating principles. Additionally, she will serve as an advisor to the DE&I Council and Employee Resource Group leaders by facilitating their programs and goals, including the ongoing support of the communities in which we serve.

Barrett brings 15 years of combined human resources and DE&I experience. In her role, she will work to reinforce the firm’s commitment to increasing diverse workforce representation, enhancing engagement and sentiment, and expanding diversity among clients and suppliers. In addition, she will be a strategic thought leader representing EisnerAmper DEI commitments both internally and externally.

“EisnerAmper has long embraced diversity, equity and inclusion as foundational elements to our core values,” said Lori Reiner, EisnerAmper Chief People Officer. “Naomi is the right person at the right time to elevate the firm’s ongoing efforts to create a more equitable and inclusive firm culture where people from all backgrounds feel welcomed and can reach their potential. We’re thrilled for Naomi to join the EisnerAmper family, and we wish her the best of luck.”

“EisnerAmper is dedicated to creating an environment where colleagues are empowered to bring their whole selves to work,” said Barrett. “I’m excited to work alongside every colleague to further our global DE&I strategy to achieve our desired business outcomes and continue to support the success of our employees, our clients and the communities in which we serve.”
