A veteran transactional lawyer with more than three decades of deal-making experience, Larry Shosid has joined Haynes and Boone, LLP as a partner in the firm’s M&A and Private Equity and Real Estate Practices.
Shosid regularly works on complex mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, general corporate representations, partnerships, lending and investments, and various real property and energy transactions.
He was ranked among the leading Corporate/M&A lawyers in Texas in the Chambers USA 2022 directory (Chambers & Partners), drawing praise from clients for being “very responsive” and “an excellent lawyer who provides practical advice.”

Shosid joins from Bell Nunnally, where he practiced for more than 30 years. He is active in the Dallas community, including serving on the regional board of the Anti-Defamation League.
