Bloomberg: WeWork Taps Restructuring Advisers in Effort to Stave Off Bankruptcy

Bloomberg reported that WeWork Inc. is rounding up advisers for help with a restructuring according to people familiar with knowledge of the matter.

According to the Bloomberg report, the co-working giant has hired real estate adviser Hilco Global, consultant Alvarez & Marsal and law firm Kirkland & Ellis for advice on its options.
