Abacus Finance Promotes Lee to SVP and Rendell to VP; Hiring of Campanella as Analyst

Abacus Finance Group announced the promotions of Joseph Lee to Senior Vice President and Austin Rendell to Vice President and the hiring of Matthew Campanella as an Analyst.

As an investment team member, Joseph Lee, who joined Abacus in 2014, is involved with structuring, underwriting, executing, monitoring, and valuing investments for the firm. Previously, he was an analyst at GE Capital. He earned a BS in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  

Austin Rendell, who joined Abacus Finance in 2019 as an Analyst, works as part of the investment team in structuring, underwriting. and executing new investments. He also performs various portfolio monitoring and valuation roles. Previously, he was an Analyst at BMO Harris Bank in its Food & Consumer group. Austin earned a BS from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Matthew Campanella is an Analyst and investment team member, participating in structuring, underwriting, executing, monitoring, and valuing investments for the firm. He earned a BA in Economics from the Morrissey School of Arts and Sciences at Boston College.
