The International Factoring Association (IFA), in conjunction with the IFA NEXGEN Committee, announced the winners of the inaugural NEXGEN Awards. The award categories were announced in January 2024 to celebrate talented individuals who had significantly impacted their companies and the factoring industry . The recipients will be honored at the IFA Annual Conference on May 1st in Miami, Florida, where their achievements will be celebrated in front of industry peers and leaders. Due to the overwhelming number of nominees, the NEXGEN Committee created a fifth award category for IFA Ally Members, in addition to the Rookie, Innovator, Leader, and Rainmaker.
The award recipients include:
- NEXGEN Rookie – Olivia Hudson, Portfolio Manager at Sallyport Commercial Finance, LLC
- NEXGEN Innovator – Marie-Pascale Laguë, Director of Business Development Operations at Accord Financial
- NEXGEN Leader – Nolan Reichert, Vice President, Head of Originations at Haversine Funding
- NEXGEN Rainmaker – John Center, Partner at Quasar Capital Partners
- NEXGEN Ally – Sam Elitzer, President at FactorGenie
