Portage Point Partners has added Gary Pivovarnik as Managing Director to the Performance Improvement (PI) practice based in the Philadelphia office.

Pivovarnik has nearly 25 years of experience driving performance improvement and value creation for corporate and private equity (PE) backed organizations, spanning the financial services, consumer and retail, industrials and energy industries. He brings deep cross-functional expertise in operations, supply chain, global sourcing and procurement and logistics optimization. Pivovarnik has a strong track record of diagnosing value creation opportunities, building complex business cases and leading strategic transformation programs.
