White Oak Global Advisors (“WOGA”) provided a senior secured loan to Integrity Landscape Corporation (“Integrity”) to refinance existing debt and finance the acquisition of Serpico Landscaping, Inc. Integrity is a full-service commercial landscaping company operating across the Bay Area. Integrity is a portfolio company of Seacoast Capital and Galaxi Group, a leading west coast based independent sponsor.
