Cascadia Capital, an independent investment bank serving middle-market clients globally, announced that Bill Kerkam has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Industrials group. Kerkam will lead Cascadia’s Plastics, Print & Packaging practice, deepening the firm’s expertise in these critical industrial sub-verticals and enhancing its ability to deliver tailored M&A and capital markets solutions to its clients.
Kerkam brings more than 25 years of investment banking and capital markets experience, including over a decade advising private equity firms, business owners, and corporations in the plastics, print, and packaging industries. He previously served as Partner, Principal, Managing Director (“PPMD”) at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he focused on M&A advisory across these sectors. Earlier in his career, Bill led global corporate development activities for WestRock, executing numerous packaging transactions across the U.S. and Europe.
