SB360 Capital Partners announced that Robert Gould, a seasoned executive with deep experience in commercial and industrial asset solutions, has joined the firm as Executive Vice President and Head of the Wholesale & Industrial Division.

SB360’s Wholesale & Industrial Division delivers creative, tailored equity, debt, and advisory solutions to manufacturers and wholesalers navigating operational and financial challenges. A few of the platform’s notable engagements include Delta Apparel, Klaussner Furniture, United Furniture, Honey Can Do, American Crafts, Big Rock Sports, and others—demonstrating the firm’s ability to deliver results across diverse asset categories and complex situations.

Gould brings a proven track record in structuring and executing complex, high-profile multi-asset liquidations and distressed acquisitions, spanning sectors including home and kitchen, building supplies, food and beverage, consumer electronics, outdoor products, and transportation. Before joining SB360, he was a Managing Director in the Commercial & Industrial group at Gordon Brothers, where he led transformational deals across North America. He has been recognized for his achievements in SFNet’s “40 Under 40.”

In addition to leading the Wholesale & Industrial Division, Gould will collaborate with Second Avenue Capital Partners, SB360’s lending arm, to expand its outreach to additional wholesale and manufacturing borrowers.
