Frost Brown Todd (FBT) announced that Madhav Srinivasan has joined the firm as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Srinivasan will oversee the firm’s financial operations and play a key leadership role in advancing FBT’s strategic, operational, and growth initiatives.
“Madhav’s track record speaks for itself,” said FBT Chairman Robert Sartin. “He’s guided some of the world’s most sophisticated finance organizations, consistently delivering record results and building the frameworks that support sustainable growth. His ability to connect financial strategy with firm vision, client service, and operational excellence makes him the right leader to help shape Frost Brown Todd’s next phase of strategic expansion.”
Prior to joining FBT, Srinivasan served as CFO at a leading Am Law 50 firm, where he directed its global finance operations, implemented business intelligence dashboards, optimized tax structures, and helped the firm achieve record levels of revenue. Earlier in his career, he held senior financial and operational leadership roles at several international law firms and major corporations, where he built high-performing teams, enhanced profitability frameworks, and executed transformative business strategies.
Srinivasan is widely recognized as a thought leader in law firm management and financial strategy. He has been published extensively in leading legal and business publications, including The American Lawyer, Law.com, and Bloomberg Law, and has been a featured speaker at major industry conferences such as SXSW, the Thomson Reuters COO/CFO Forum, and the Legal Marketing Association Annual Conference. He has also served as a visiting professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and as adjunct faculty at Columbia University and the University of Texas law schools.
“I am honored to join Frost Brown Todd during such an exciting time in its evolution,” said Srinivasan. “The firm’s focus on innovation, collaboration, and disciplined growth aligns perfectly with my philosophy of building financial strategies that create sustainable and impactful long-term value.”
