eCapital Corp. announced the appointment of Rachel Navarro as Head of Client Experience for its Transportation Group. Reporting to Melissa Forman-Barenblit, President, Head of Transportation Group, Navarro will play a central role in shaping and advancing the division’s client strategy.

Recognized for her proactive, results-driven approach, she has earned a strong reputation as both a trusted partner to clients and a mentor to high-performing teams focused on communication, collaboration, and measurable results.
