i80 Group, a leading global investment firm specializing in tailored ABF solutions, provided a senior-secured credit facility of up to $100 million to Lighter Capital, a pioneer and leader in revenue-based financing for SaaS and Technology businesses.

This new facility will enable Lighter to significantly expand its origination and funding of non-dilutive growth capital. Lighter provides an alternative to traditional venture capital or bank lending, enabling revenue generating companies to acquire growth capital without further diluting their equity.

The partnership builds on i80 Group's proven track record of delivering scalable, asset-based financing to specialty finance platforms. Via the facility, i80 Group and Lighter are empowering more founders to fuel product development, sales and marketing, and operational expansion while retaining full ownership and control of their businesses.

"Lighter has established itself as a trusted leader in non-dilutive financing, and we are excited to support their mission by providing this substantial facility. This commitment underscores our focus on partnering with best-in-class platforms, " said Peter Frank, Managing Director at i80 Group.

Melissa Widner, CEO of Lighter, added: "i80 Group's deep expertise in structured credit and their alignment with our founder-first philosophy make them an ideal partner. This facility will allow us to meet the surging demand from companies seeking flexible, non-dilutive capital, especially in a market where equity fundraising remains challenging. We're grateful for i80's confidence and look forward to deploying this capital to help hundreds more companies accelerate their growth."

Since its inception, Lighter has deployed over $500 million in financing to SaaS, digital media, technology services, and subscription-based businesses.

i80 Group's financing with Lighter Capital aligns with its strategy of providing programmatic and asset-based facilities to high-quality originators.
