GenuBank announced the appointment of Jason Naugle as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. As part of this leadership transition, longtime President and CEO John Dru, who has served GenuBank for the past 13 years, will assume the role of Chairman of the Board.

The coordinated transition strengthens GenuBank’s leadership framework as the organization enters its next phase of strategic growth and community engagement.

With more than 33 years of experience in the banking industry, Naugle brings extensive leadership expertise and a strong commitment to community-focused financial services. Prior to joining GenuBank, he served as Nevada Regional Manager for First Foundation Bank, where he led operations, growth strategies, and key community partnerships.

Naugle graduated magna cum laude from Regis University with a degree in business management and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at University of Colorado at Boulder. He currently serves as a board member for the Children’s Heart Foundation and volunteers with Helping Hands of Vegas Valley.
