AST Completes Donlin, Recano & Company Acquisition

American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC (AST) announced that its affiliate, AST Fund Solutions, LLC, has completed its purchase of Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc. (Donlin Recano). The company offers leading bankruptcy claims administration and noticing services to companies filing for Chapter 11 protection.

The acquisition brings important new capabilities to AST and its clients. The addition of Donlin Recano allows AST to provide solutions to companies managing balance sheet crisis and seeking corporate transformation. The firm’s experts are well known for their strategic counsel to debtors, creditors, lawyers, turnaround advisors and other participants in the restructuring process.
