Balance Point Capital Partners Names Nathan Elliott as Vice President

Balance Point Capital Partners, L.P.,  a leading provider of capital to lower middle-market companies located throughout the United States, is pleased to announce that Nathan D. Elliott has joined the BPCP team as a Vice President.Balance Point Capital Partners, LP

Elliott brings an extensive background in the underwriting and execution of debt financings to non-investment grade companies.  For the past four years, Elliott worked at Jefferies Finance where he was a Vice President responsible for the due diligence and underwriting of syndicated loan and bridge financings primarily for Sponsor led LBO transactions.  He developed significant experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, telecom, media, restaurant and consumer.  Mr. Elliott began his career in financial services at GE Capital where he graduated from the selective two-year ECLP (Experienced Commercial Leadership Program) training program.  He later served as an Associate and Assistant Vice President at GE Capital's Corporate Lending business where he underwrote senior secured debt transactions and monitored a portfolio of GE's corporate clients.

Balance Point Capital Partners invests mezzanine and equity capital in select lower middle-market companies. Since 1988, the firm and its predecessor funds have invested in over 75 distinct businesses. Balance Point Capital Partners takes a long - term, partnership approach to investing and is committed to building lasting relationships with private equity sponsors, management teams and intermediaries.
