Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), announced the sale of Environmental and Occupational Risk Management, Inc. (EORM or the Company) to UK-based BSI Group (BSI).  BGL's Environmental and Energy Services team served as the exclusive financial advisor to EORM. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
