Minnesota Bank & Trust Adds Leuer to Commercial Banking Team

Minnesota Bank & Trust announced Kristin Leuer has joined its commercial banking team as vice president and portfolio manager. Leuer has over 30 years’ experience in banking and finance, most recently as vice president of commercial lending at BMO Harris Bank.

Leuer graduated from Moorhead State University with a degree in accounting. She has worked at a variety of financial institutions and banks since, including Wells Fargo and U.S. Bank. She has broad base of skills and experience in financial analysis and business banking.

Minnesota Bank & Trust President Kate Kelly states, “We are always looking for talented individuals with strong financial analysis skills whose client service philosophy mirrors that of our bank. We are especially pleased to welcome Kristin. She is a veteran banker with excellent analysis skills and is a great fit for our team.”

Minnesota Bank & Trust is a full service bank founded in 2008. The bank is focused on providing commercial, private, nonprofit and mortgage banking services. Total assets at December 31, 2014 were $167.8 million. MBT is a subsidiary of Heartland Financial USA Inc., a publically traded financial services firm with over $6 billion in assets.
