Bridging Finance announced that Dennis McCluskey has joined the company as Senior Advisor to its executives and as a member of the Credit Committee. In this role, McCluskey will advise on the origination, structuring and adjudication of credit arrangements and become a voting member of the Credit Committee. He will be based in British Columbia.

"Dennis brings a wealth of credit experience, business knowledge and contacts to Bridging Finance and will play an important role in our rapid growth as one of Canada's premier private debt lenders," said David Sharpe, President and COO of Bridging Finance. "We're pleased that Dennis has joined our Bridging Finance team and look forward to his contribution as Dennis works alongside Bobby Anand and Graham Marr to rapidly build the private debt portfolio."

McCluskey has over 30 years of broad based large corporate and commercial lending experience, both as an originator, risk adjudicator and restructuring specialist. Previously, he was the Chief Risk Officer of Integrated Asset Management Corp. Prior to that, he was the President and CEO of CIT Business Credit Canada, Inc., which was a joint venture between CIT Group, Inc. and CIBC. McCluskey also previously held senior head office management positions at CIBC in risk management/credit and corporate finance.

Bridging Finance is a privately held Canadian company providing middle-market North American companies with alternatives to the financing options offered by traditional lenders.
