TAB Bank announced the addition of Shane O’Grady to its business development team as Vice President and Business Development Officer.  O'Grady will be based in Phoenix, AZ and will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities by providing asset-based and factoring working capital facilities to commercial entities with annual revenues of $2 million to $150 million.

O'Grady brings over 20 years of experience in finance to his new role at TAB Bank.  He previously worked as a Senior Business Advisor for an investment bank out of Chicago where he advised business owners on M&A and private equity transactions.  More recently, he worked in the Asset-Based Lending arena where he was Vice President of Business Development for Summit Financial Resources.  He is a current member of the TMA, ACG, RMA, and the Chandler Chamber of Commerce.

“The Phoenix metropolitan area as well as the states surrounding Arizona have been and will continue to be a strong area of focus for TAB’s business development efforts.  Our goal is to create numerous opportunities for our working capital financing solutions to be offered to the many small and medium-sized commercial entities and businesses in the region.  The addition of Shane to our business development team greatly enhances our ability to achieve these goals.  He brings with him years of experience in the finance and asset-based lending industries as well as an extensive network of working professionals and new business prospects.  We are very pleased he has joined our team and look forward to the new opportunities that will be a result of his efforts,” stated Daniel Rodrigue, National Sales Manager for TAB Bank.

TAB Bank offers a variety of financial products including accounts receivable financing, asset-based lending, lines of credit, equipment finance, business accounts, and treasury management services.  TAB Bank provides working capital solutions to small and medium-sized commercial businesses across a wide range of industries.
