The Female Health Company announced a new $10 million revolving credit facility with BMO Harris Bank, N.A. The new credit line replaces a smaller credit facility with another lender.
“The new credit facility significantly expands our financial flexibility and can be used to fund acquisitions subject to the terms of the facility,” said O.B. Parrish, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Female Health Company. “We are actively evaluating a number of exciting opportunities to add to and diversify our product offering. We believe the new facility will strengthen our ability to consummate a transaction.”
The new revolving credit facility is secured by a lien against substantially all of our assets and has a two year term.
The Female Health Company, based in Chicago, Illinois, manufactures and markets the FC2 Female Condom.
