Capital One Appoints Greeley as SVP, Commercial Real Estate Lending in Boston

Capital One announced the appointment of Lisa Greeley as Senior Vice President for Commercial Real Estate Lending. In this role, Greeley is responsible for term loans, construction loans and lines of credit to locally-based sponsors for Capital One’s commercial real estate business in the Greater Boston area. She is based in Boston and will report to Ben Stacks, Senior Vice President and Market Manager for Capital One Commercial Real Estate.
 
“Lisa brings three decades of in-market experience to Capital One’s Commercial Real Estate team,” said Stacks. “Her expertise and detailed knowledge of the commercial real estate market in the Boston region make her a natural fit for our team, and demonstrate our commitment to clients throughout New England.”
 
Greeley has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate and loan production industries. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Regional Manager at Citizens Bank, where she was responsible for leading a team of five senior lenders to expand the Bank’s market presence in New York City, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Greeley also served as a Senior Vice President with Wachovia/Wells Fargo Bank. Before joining Wachovia/Wells Fargo, Greeley held various senior positions at national and regional Boston banks, including Bank of America, Salem Five Bank, Century Bank and US Trust Bank, among others.
